The Brick House

The brick house is the only remaining house of the Albano industrial area close to Stockholm. (A Swedish king named in 1780's a previous farm Albano after a journey to Italy. Albano is a small town outside Rome.) The brick house was built in 1889 and contained a small paint and varnish factory. Later it became a dairy and finally a workshop. About 2002 the house was abandoned. Part of it burned down in September 2005. There are plans for making the house a museum.
